CAN I USE A GIFT CARD OR E-GIFT CARD TO MAKE A PURCHASE ONLINE?

Of course, you can. Use your gift card or an e-gift card online. Gift cards can be used to make a full or partial payment of an order. And if your gift card falls short, you can make up the balance with another payment type, like a credit card, PayPal or apple pay. Simply enter your gift card number and PIN (found on the back of your card or in your email if it’s an e-gift card) during the checkout process.

HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order ships from our fulfillment center, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your shipping tracking number. Unless your order is being shipped to an APO/FPO address, you can go to www.ups.com. and enter your tracking number to check delivery status. APO/FPO orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and can be tracked at www.usps.com.

CAN I RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION?

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation before item has shipped

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
